Student Climate Survey

The University of Notre Dame administered its fifth climate survey in the fall of 2020. The purpose of the survey was to assess the knowledge, perceptions, and experience of Notre Dame students in relation to sexual assault, sexual misconduct, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and other conduct that creates a sexually hostile environment.

The most recent survey results are available here. The results for the 2018 survey can be found here, the 2016 survey results here, and both the 2012 and 2015 surveys here.

All degree-seeking undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students who were currently enrolled at the time of the survey were invited to participate. The 2020 survey had a 47.5% response rate overall.

If you have suggestions about how Notre Dame can reduce the incidence of sexual assault, sexual misconduct, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking or conduct that creates a hostile environment on campus and improve the support the University offers when it does occur, please contact the Deputy Title IX Coordinator, or consider getting involved in opportunities on campus.
